Takesure Wadi has 07 years’ experience in civil works & structural concrete reinforcement and structural steel detailing and specializes in AutoCAD Packages, Prokon and Rebar Mate to produce civil & structural related drawings.
He got an offer of employment as an Engineering Draughts person at CSME CONSULTANTS (PTY) Ltd in 2002, where he gained detailing and draughting experience in structural steel engineering and reinforced concrete, he was involved with the construction of Chirundu Border Post Infrastructure, Zimbabwe Military Academy Infrastructure Development (Gweru), Zimra 3 Story Flats (Various Centers), NASSA Commercial Center (Bindura).He was also involved in site Supervision and Inspections.
He joined Sunway City Integrated Parks (PTY) Ltd involved in production of both structural and civil works drawing and general manning of the drawing office for an Export Processing Zone Industrial Park and Residential Area. He also assisted in tender processing and adjudication and cost estimations.
Later on he joined Techno Designs (PTY) Ltd where he got extensive experience and knowledge on structural steel detailing and reinforced concrete detailing mainly producing reinforced concrete structures drawings and designing of structures using Prokon. He was also involved in structural defects assessments and reports production on RDP houses in Eastern Cape.
In May 2016 he joined Makone Consulting Engineers as Draughts person of which his duties involves production and detailing of information, tender and construction drawings for both civil works and structural works.
